]]>In the beginning, he outright ignored the colour part, whilst loving the rhyme and playing around with the animal sounds. He eventually came around to adding the colours to the poem and then started using them in making associations with colours of things around him. We’ve also used the rhyme in observation and vocabulary activities in different contexts: “Baby, baby, what do you see?”.. “See birds… see trees… see lilies…. See pigeons…see house…..” (in the park).
